Options For Less Than 12 Items?Matt M.Vinyl Heat applied vinyl is the material used for custom names and numbers on sports jerseys. Intricate designs with multiple colors cannot be replicated with vinyl, but for block text or simple logos we can often make the material work. Without ironing the design will last as long as the garment. Heat Applied Transfer Full color designs can be printed digitally and then heat applied to the garment with a transfer. T Embroidery We can embroider as few as one item at a time, with price breaks at 12 and 24 items produced exactly the same way. Per item pricing is based on the number of stitches in the design. We can do simple text logos in several common fonts without a setup fee, but if you have a complex logo you may be subject to a digitization setup fee based on the complexity of your design. Please contact our office for more details.
What are the payment methods and requirments?Matt M.We accept Visa Mater card and also paypal. All orders require a payment to be made prior to job being started. Please contact your sales manager for more details.
What file types can you except for printing?Matt M.Our favorite file formats are, in this order: .ai, .eps., .pdf, .psd, .tiff, .png, .jpg, .gif. Ideally, you have the original, highest resolution version of your graphic. If you are creating your graphics in Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, or other vector-based software, then you just need to set your document size to the size you want your graphic to be. If you are sending a vector-based EPS or PDF, make sure you convert your type to outlines to avoid missing fonts. Microsoft Word & PowerPoint documents are especially hard for us to view; if you are using one of these programs to create your graphic, you can export your file as a PDF.
What is digitizing?Matt M.This is a process we use in embroidery so the needles on the machine knows when to to make a color change it also helps us to determine how many stitches there will be in your design. There is a one time fee for this process but after we keep all file on file so if you need just a single item embroidered we can accommodate you with fast turn around times. If you have had your file digitized in the past the files we can except is either DST or EMB along with sew out list.
